I have a torque wrench somewhere from may days with the Lotus Elise, which apparently was sensitive to the torque settings. Can't remember what the results could be of over/under tightening them, apart from the wheel working loose if very under tight!
my Haynes manual say driveshaft bolt ..stage 145nm.stage 2angle tighten a further 90 degree..bolt are not to be re-use it say.. so you probably need to buy new bolt. This is an older thread, you may not receive a response, and could be reviving an old thread. Please consider creating a new thread.
